The fastest way to reach us is Discord. Ask in the welcome channel for a game, tell us roughly what you want — which night of the week suits you, which system, how much combat versus roleplay, and whether you have played before — and we will tell you which of our Dungeon Masters runs that and whether there is a seat open.
It helps to say if you are new. Several of our DMs particularly like running for first-time players, and we would rather put you with one of them than with a table that assumes you already know what a saving throw is.
If you would rather write than talk, email works and we answer within about a day. We get three kinds of message and all three are welcome: players asking about open seats, people asking what Crit Fails Academy actually contains, and Dungeon Masters asking about running games under our banner.

Dungeon Masters: read the DM with us page before you write, because it covers what we provide, what we expect and how the split works, and it will save us both a round trip. You do not need to have been paid for a game before — you do need to be willing to be trained.
Players who are not ready to commit to anything: you are welcome to sit in and listen to other people's sessions. We keep the Discord events calendar current, so you can see what is running and when. Listening to half a session is the cheapest possible way to find out whether a Dungeon Master's style is one you want to spend the next two years with.
We are an online business and we play worldwide. There is no shop to visit and no phone line to call — everything happens on Discord and Foundry VTT, and sessions are scheduled in US Eastern time.

Tell us what you want out of a game and we will point you at the DM who runs it. No charge to talk, and no charge until you have sat a session zero.
